IS THIS YOUR NINEVEH?

You feel called to serve women and families. Could birth work be the place God is leading you?

Maybe you’ve felt drawn to birth work for years. Maybe you’ve walked alongside a friend through pregnancy and birth and realized you wanted to do more. Or maybe you know God is calling you to serve, but you aren’t sure where to begin.

At Hosanna Doula Academy, we believe compassionate birth support can be a meaningful way to put your faith into action. Our faith-based Birth Doula Training Academy is designed to equip you with practical skills, foundational knowledge, and the professional tools to begin building a doula practice rooted in Christian service.

Like Jonah, you may be wrestling with a calling that feels bigger than you. The question is: Is this your Nineveh?

Founding Cohorts: Limited Availability

Whether you’re local to one of our in-person locations or joining from across the globe, you can take the first step toward becoming a more prepared, compassionate birth worker.

Only 20 founding cohort spots are available across all three options.

More Than Birth Knowledge

Our goal is not simply to teach you what happens during labor. We want to help you develop the skills, judgment, and professional foundation to serve families well.

Throughout the training, you’ll explore how to:

Offer steady emotional, physical, and informational support.

Recognize when a concern requires clinical guidance or referral.

Communicate effectively with clients and their care teams.

Respect each family's preferences, dignity, and autonomy.

Serve with compassion, humility, and faith-informed purpose.

Build an ethical, sustainable doula business.

What Students are Saying

“[Maddy] is a wealth of knowledge, and her passion for birth and mothers comes through in all she says. I love her teaching style and the way she makes it understandable for all. Thank you, Maddy, for sharing your knowledge with us!”

“Madi is a God send. I have learned so much through Hosanna Doula academy, especially as a new doula. I already had experience in the medical field but to have an opportunity to learn more and be able to comprehend the information so I can educate my clients is wonderful. The anatomy program has opened my eyes to different perspectives and the way Madi teaches it is helpful. Thank you again for your services!”

“I have loved their anatomy and physiology course so far! I would definitely recommend this to other doulas looking to expand their knowledge!”
